Characteristics:
Son of sparkling Rubentis, made from the selected old vines of Hondarrabi Beltza and Zuri. Taking an exquisite freshness from the exclusive soil of this terroir, these grapes are distinguished by reaching, in the great years, an extraordinary maturity associated with a crystalline acidity.
Made with approximately 50% Hondarrabi Beltza and 40% Hondarrabi Zuri. Hijo de Rubentis is made with the classic champenoise method. It has an average of 3 years of maturation in the cellar.
Hijo de Rubentis is a soft, round sparkling wine reinforced by a great freshness that gives it great finesse and elegance.
